Meet the Team
The Rounders England team is relatively small, however we are all dedicated to the growth of Rounders and are here to help in any way we can.
The team consists of :-
- The board work strategically and oversee everything we do, they approve all policies and decisions and offer guidance where needed. With the exception of the CEO, all board members work on a voluntary basis.
- Rounders England have three sub committees that feed into the board which include Infrastructure, Coaching Competition & Performance and Participation & Young People.
- This team is based at our head office in Sheffield. The majority of the staff members within infrastructure are part time.
- This team are our core delivery team. They attend and organise events, competitions and community based projects for Rounders.
- Primarily office based, the coaching team write and organise the delivery of Rounders courses and resources.
