Enter the trials with an Education Membership

  • Step by step for students

    To enter the trials via your school’s membership to Rounders England, your school must have a paid Education Membership that is valid beyond the date of the trial you are entering. Every registration will be checked to ensure the trialist’s school holds a valid membership.

    You must check with your school that they hold a valid Education Membership with Rounders England. Accountability for declaring having a paid membership lies with the trialist. If it is the case that your school are found to have an invalid membership, Rounders England reserves the right to refuse entry to the trials.

    If your school is NOT a current member of Rounders England

    1. Ask your school to join the Education Membership OR you can join as an Individual Member.

    If your school IS a current member of Rounders England

    1. Join the FAN membership.
    2. Once your membership is in place, you will receive an email notification to set up a password.
    3. With your email and password you can access the platform and log into your profile.
    4. Enter the trials via the EVENTS module, located on the left of the screen.
  • Step by step for teachers

    To enter your students to the trials, your school must have a paid Education Membership that is valid beyond the date of the trial you are entering them. Every registration will be checked to ensure the trialist’s school holds a valid membership.

    If it is the case that your school are found to have an invalid membership, Rounders England reserves the right to refuse entry to the trials.

    If your school IS a current member of Rounders England – and wants to pay for the trialist’s entry fee

    1. Log in to your school profile.
    2. To add students individually; follow these instructions OR to add students in bulk; follow these instructions.
    3. Enter the trials via the EVENTS module, located on the left of the screen. Payment is by debit/ credit card only. Offline payments (i.e. invoice or cheque) will not be accepted.

    If your school is NOT a current member of Rounders England – and wants to pay for the trialist’s entry fee

    1. Ask your school to join the Education Membership. This MUST be paid by debit/ credit card.
    2. Once your membership is paid follow the above instructions (steps 1, 2 and 3).

    If your school IS a current member of Rounders England – and does not want to pay for the trialist’s entry fee

    1. We recommend that the student enters the event themselves via the Step By Step for Students instructions at the top of this webpage.

    If your school is NOT a current member of Rounders England – and does not want to pay for the trialist’s entry fee

    1. Ask your school to join the Education Membership. This MUST be paid by debit/ credit card.
    2. Once your membership is in place follow the above step 1 instruction.
