Rounders England has an exciting opportunity for two England Performance Coach roles.
We are looking for individuals who have proven performance coaching experience in any sport, and who are qualified in Rounders at Level 2 (or are prepared to take this qualification).
The coaches are needed to join talent pathway team to manage and coach our senior squads.
All coaches must hold a satisfactory DBS certificate, First Aid certificate & Safeguarding certificate (all dated within the last 3 years). We would like to appoint for the coach to be ready for the competition season of 2023

Role: to develop the players in the England performance squads to the highest levels of competition, and to support the squads in promoting rounders at events.

Payment: £50 a day plus expenses

Tenure: September 2024 – subject to review
