We are looking to appoint a ‘Head of Talent Pathway’ to our development team. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of the talent action plan which focuses on the organisations aspiration to become a Commonwealth Games ready sport by 2032.

To meet our expectations, our ideal candidate will have an understanding of Rounders and the talent pathway and have experience of coaching at a national level.
