Independent Non-Exec Director Treasurer



Rounders England are entering a period of exciting change and have a highly skilled and talented Board which includes expertise from sport, blue chip industries and the Rounders community.

With the launch of our new 10 Year strategy Rounders: Reconnected we are looking to recruit a Non-Executive Director -Treasurer to help us transform the game. We are led by our values and are committed to creating value for Rounders England and in turn for our stakeholders, to Grow our game, Engage our community, Compete at all levels and Champion our sport. Our duty is to work in the interest of Rounders England with a focus of driving engagement, growth and revenue. The Board is committed to working together as a team and use our skills to deliver success for Rounders England. The more effective we are, the more we can develop the game. We are positive in tone and outcome and remain action-focused.


We want to recruit a Treasurer with relevant qualifications and experience to support the Chief Executive and Board in running and organisation with a turnover of around £1 million pa. The role of the Treasurer is not limited to financial matters and you will be expected to get involved in all parts of the Board’s remit to help grow our membership and deliver a step change to Rounders England. You will want to bring your knowledge to support the transformation of a modern sport with a great tradition – join us!
