Coaching

Coaching Rounders is a rewarding and inspiring experience. You could work with players at all levels of skill and experience, from juniors right up to elite level. You can make a real difference to the game and to the players you work with.

You don’t need to be a skilled player to be a great coach. An enthusiasm for supporting and a passion for the game are much more important and vital to the success and development of Rounders in England.

Best organised outside of the playing season, in the Autumn or Winter, qualifications can be gained in preparation for the following season and practical experience can be achieved.

To coach independently, teams/leagues and National Governing Bodies (NGB) require you to have a minimum standard of training – often leading to a Level 2 sports-specific coaching qualification.
