Workforce Finder is a multi-functional feature that will facilitate the following;
- Those looking for a Rounders umpire, coach or activator will be able to search from the list of workforce members.
- The opportunity to post jobs that need the support of a Rounders umpire, coach or leader.
- Rounders England Members, with qualifications, will be able to display their qualifications and make themselves publicly available to be contacted for Rounders jobs.

MEMBERS: ADDING YOUR DETAILS TO WORKFORCE FINDER
Looking for Workforce opportunities? Then you should proceed with the following consecutive steps to add your details to the Workforce Finder:
Step 1. Register as a user: https://www.roundersengland.co.uk/my-accounts/, remembering to choose your membership level from the drop down. It will take up to 48 hours to validate your membership level. You will receive an email informing you that it has been validated.
Step 2. Log back in. In My Account, on the left hand side, click on Workforce, edit Your Information. Make sure to update your role and qualifications.
Important: Before applying these updates, tick the box to agree to your information being shown publicly on the Rounders England website. Your workforce details (name, qualifications and region only) will be displayed publicly.
ADDING A JOB TO THE POSTINGS
If you are looking for a Rounders Umpire, Coach or Activator then you should proceed with the following consecutive steps to add your job to the website:
Step 1. Register an account: https://www.roundersengland.co.uk/my-accounts/
Step 2. Log in and click on Go To My Account
Step 3. On the left hand menu click on Workforce. Create a new Job Posting. Fill in all of the sections. All jobs must go through an approval process before they will appear on the Rounders England website. Allow at least 48 hours for this to be actioned.
NOTE: Your job will be posted on the website. Only Rounders England Gold members will be able to contact you in relation to the post.
LOOKING FOR A JOB
Want to put your qualifications to work? You can now browse opportunities to work. Only Rounders England Gold members will be able to apply for live jobs.
Step 1. Register an account: https://www.roundersengland.co.uk/my-accounts/. Your account must go through an approval process before the updates will appear and you can apply for jobs. Allow at least 48 hours for this to be actioned.
Step 2. Log in and click on Go To My Account. Ensure that Your Information is up-to-date and that you have added your qualifications to your profile. Remember to click the box at the bottom of Workforce Information to agree to have your information shown publicly on the Rounders England website.
Step 3. View the list of jobs and contact any that are of interest to you.
