Rounders England Turns Heads with their New Promotional Video

Following on from the successful launch of Rounders England’s new website earlier this month, the National Governing Body are super excited to bring the game of Rounders to life in their NEW promotional video.

The video paints a true reflection of the fun, inclusive nature of the game and the positive influence, rounders has on everyone who plays it, or gets involved in the game.

Rashida Salloo, who started Ready Steady Active Rounders League in Leeds, features in the video alongside her team members. This is what she wanted to say to Rounders England for getting their League involved.

I just wanted to say thank you for involving the players from the Ready Steady Active Rounders league in the new Rounders England website and video. It seems to have created such a positive buzz within the teams and the community, particularly the element of diversity being celebrated and showcased. It’s a great tool for me now to encourage others from the communities who don’t normally get involved in sport to see that they can get out and play too, so thank you.”

Alison Howard, CEO of Rounders England, commented

We are delighted that the video showcases Rounders as an all-inclusive game, suitable for all ages with mass appeal. A special thanks to Ready Steady Active, Ossett Ladies Rounders and the South Yorkshire Mixed League, who also feature in the video.”

“We play for fun”
“We play for fitness”
“We play for each other”
