The Level 1 Skills Cards are a resource to support the Foundation Coach Award.

They are also useful for anyone to use as an aid when planning and delivering Rounders sessions. They are pocket sized so handy to take out onto the field. A 24 page resource that includes warm up activities and cool down principles coaching points and techniques on each of the skills of the game.
