The world of Rounders is growing fast and to support this growth we are looking for positive and proactive individuals to join our team. We are recruiting to increase our pool of Coaching & Leadership Workforce Educators (Tutors and Assessors), particularly around Somerset, Oxford and Cambridge in the south of the country, to complement our existing workforce.

  • Coaching & Leadership Tutor

    Would you like to Tutor and Assess on the Rounders England Coaching & Leadership courses?

    If you are a tutor or assessor in other sports and are interested in broadening the range of sports you are involved in, as well as extending your opportunities to work, then we’d love to hear from you.

    If you would like to become involved you will need to meet the required criteria which are detailed on the attached application form and attend the Tutor Orientation virtual training on Thursday 2 March 2023, 6:30-9pm.

    Potential Workforce Educators will be required to:

    • hold or be working towards the Rounders England UKCC Level 2 Coach qualification
    • hold up to date First Aid, Safeguarding and DBS certificates
    • hold current Rounders England paid membership
    • adhere to the annual Workforce Educator Handbook

    Rounders England will:

    • provide paid opportunities to work as a Workforce Educator
    • provide initial orientation and ongoing support to enable you to undertake the role

    Would you like to Tutor our Umpiring courses?

    If you are a rounders umpire, confident on the playing field, then this is your chance to forge a new path, in a classroom setting. If you know the rules of the game, we can give you the skills to teach them.

    If you would like to become involved you will need to meet the required criteria which are detailed on the application form, below, and attend the Tutor Orientation virtual training on Wednesday 1 February 2023, 6:30-9pm.

    Potential Workforce Educators will be required to:

    • hold the Rounders England Intermediate Umpire Award or higher
    • hold up to date First Aid, Safeguarding and DBS certificates
    • hold current Rounders England paid membership
    • adhere to the annual Workforce Educator Handbook

    Rounders England will:

    • provide paid opportunities to work as a Workforce Educator
    • provide initial orientation and ongoing support to enable you to undertake the role
