Wales v England – the final battle

England squads

On Sunday 19th August the annual Wales v England fixture will be taking place at Rhyl Leisure Centre, Wales where the elite Under 16, Under 21 and Senior England squads will make a special appearance.

England hope that this year’s event will build on the success of 2017 and that the squads will once again put in a great performance across the border.
This weekend’s fixture will see the Under 16, Under 21 and Senior England squads take on the Welsh Rounders team. Throughout the day, spectators can expect to see a series of matches played with a healthy competitive spirit from all participating teams.

There are four female England squads that represent Rounders England at fixtures and festivals over the playing season. They play annually, in both home and away games.

The squads are elite players and are ambassadors for England and for the sport of Rounders.

Rounders is a great spectator sport. There is no charge for attending any of the festivals and fixtures, so if you’re local to the area, come along and give the teams your support.

The Rounders fixtures are a great opportunity to showcase our beloved sport and raise the profile of Rounders when seen played at its best. The atmosphere at our events is phenomenal and always proves to be a success each year.”
