Here at Rounders England, we are constantly evolving and changing in the pursuit of excellence. To help achieve this, our recruitment processes are about getting the right people, to fit the right posts. Our newest members of staff are Nichola Hunter & Janet Roundell.
Nichola joins the organisation as Talent Administrator. Her role supports the administration of an inclusive talent pathway and raising the profile of our England squads. Janet joins as Talent Event Co-ordinator. She will be responsible for the co-ordination of all aspects of Rounders England talent events.

Nichola Hunter
Hi, I am Nic… I’m a Rounders player, animal lover and Business Studies Teacher.
I am super excited to be part of the Rounders England Team, and keen to be involved in the growth of the sport, raising the profile of the England Squad and supporting Rounders talent from our local communities.
Janet Roundell
I am extremely excited to have been offered the role of Talent event coordinator for Rounders England.
After what has been a very difficult time for everyone over the last 16 months, I can’t wait to be able to start working with the coaches and umpires that oversee the national squads. I am also looking forward to working with the wider team at Rounders England and helping to develop and deliver events that take elite level rounders and talent development opportunities to the playing community around the country.
